About

Temple W. Hay- Wellness Curator

Raised on the coast of Charleston, SC, Temple holds a profound love for the Ocean and respect for Nature. She connected at a young age to the tides of the creek, the shapes of the moon, and the beauty of Earth's cycles. Attending Goddard College in Vermont, she immersed herself in mind-body intelligence and studied ecology, multi-cultural healing, plant medicine, and sustainable living. She graduated with a BA in Environmental Arts with her final thesis entitled Creating Sacred Space. Temple enhanced her own mental, physical, and emotional health with massage, bodywork, mindful movement, and meditation, which inspired her to provide these services for others knowing it would be a life well-lived. She attended Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO in 1998, and later became a Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Esthetician.

Temple has practiced professional bodywork, skincare, and yoga in health and medical clinics, fitness centers, high-end spas, and private practice. Temple is also an experienced spa director/manager who loves to design spa treatments, wellness education, and professional trainings. She has over 16,000 hours of dedicated practice and is intuitive with an in-depth knowledge of the structure/biomechanics of the mind-body-spirit. Temple incorporates 25+ years of bodywork, massage, skincare, plant medicine, nutrition, and yoga for a nourishing treatment.  She is loved for her artistic blend of therapies and her relaxed, open nature. Peaceful wellness is her motto, enhancing the esthetics of life through earth, air, fire, and water.
